Job Description:

As Digital Sales Lead at TUI, you will be responsible for driving visibility and performance of dynamic product & offers across the digital web & app in the SP&A region. The role involves leading the development and execution of sales strategies, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives to maximize conversion and market impact, with a strong focus on digital performance and market trends.

Job Responsibility:

Driving visibility and performance of dynamic product & offers across digital web & app in the SP&A region
Developing and implementing short- and long-term sales plans based on financial targets in collaboration with Product, Pricing, and Trading teams
Designing and executing sales campaigns across Web, App, CRM, and other digital channels
Ensuring the best offers are consistently visible and prioritized across all owned platforms
Working closely with the Digital Marketing team to optimize performance in paid media
Leading weekly Sales & Trading meetings to review performance and adjust tactics
Monitoring market trends and integrating insights into product and offer strategies
Collaborating with Brand & Marketing teams to position TUI products effectively in local markets
Analyzing search, visit, and conversion data to inform ongoing improvements

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales planning and driving hotel & flight campaigns to get the best results
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM tools
Excellent leadership and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to own Sales Budgets and interpret data and market trends
Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
Experience working in international and multicultural environments
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
