We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales leader to manage and develop a high-performing inside sales team focused on acquisition within the SME–Mid Market segment. This role is accountable for delivering digital sales targets, building a strong and sustainable pipeline, and embedding best-in-class inside sales practices. Based in Cairo, the role works closely with Sales Operations, Regional Leadership, and key stakeholders across VOIS and Vodafone to drive performance, customer experience, and people development.
Job Responsibility
Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10–15 Digital Sales colleagues to achieve digital sales KPIs and targets
Drive performance in partnership with the Regional Lead, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and results-focused sales culture
Own and deliver customer engagement and sales plans to support systematic pipeline creation and conversion
Devise and implement best-practice inside sales frameworks, tools, and ways of working
Promote adoption of key digital sales technologies and data-driven selling approaches
Maintain a strong understanding of Vodafone offerings, market trends, and customer needs within the SME–Mid Market segment
Ensure effective sales governance, quality standards, compliance, and reporting are embedded and consistently applied
Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales colleagues, supporting clear career pathways and succession planning
Design and deliver coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management plans to build a high-performance culture
Present insights, performance updates, and initiatives to senior stakeholders when required
Lead quarterly and monthly performance reviews and contribute to wider digital sales initiatives
Requirements
At least 4+ years experience in inside sales, acquisitions, or a related industry
Inclusive and people-focused sales leader with proven experience in inside sales or acquisition environments
Experienced in leading teams through change, managing risk, and translating commercial strategy into execution
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and initiatives
Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and delivering against stretching sales targets
Clear communicator with strong presentation, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strategic and analytical, able to identify root causes of challenges and propose practical, creative solutions
Committed to continuous improvement, coaching, and developing others to their next career step
Comfortable working autonomously, leading by example, and maintaining a business-first mindset aligned to company values
