As Digital Sales Executive, you are the first point of contact for prospective customers looking for international moving services. Through virtual surveys and customer conversations, you assess their relocation needs and translate these into accurate quotations and tailored moving solutions. You guide customers throughout the sales process with a professional and customer-focused approach, ensuring a smooth transition from quotation to booking.
Job Responsibility
Conduct virtual surveys to assess customers’ international moving, packing, shipping and storage requirements
Advise customers on moving procedures, transport options, customs formalities and insurance solutions
Prepare accurate quotations using designated company tools such as Yembo or equivalent software
Follow up on quotations, negotiate where appropriate and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings
Maintain close communication with operational teams, move coordinators and pricing colleagues
Ensure accurate administration and data management in Moveware and internal reporting tools
Monitor and follow up KPI’s related to surveys, quotations, bookings, revenue and margins
Provide customers with a professional and positive experience throughout the sales journey.
Requirements
You have experience in sales, customer service or the international moving industry
Communicating with customers and building trust comes naturally to you
You are commercially minded and enjoy following up opportunities proactively
Strong organisational skills help you manage multiple leads and quotations efficiently
You work accurately and keep administration and reporting up to date
You communicate fluently in English, Dutch and French
knowledge of German is a strong plus
Experience with virtual survey tools or international mobility services is an asset.
