At Vertu Motors, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our centralised digital team at our Customer Experience Centre based in Team Valley, Gateshead. We are offering a full time, permanent role consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which will include working some weekends on a rota basis. In addition, you will have the flexibility to work from home upon completion of your probation, 2 out of 5 days. We are offering a basic salary of £31,930 and excellent company benefits. As a Digital Sales Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in handling external finance companies, supporting broker approvals and liaising with third-party lenders to ensure a smooth and compliant sales process. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while navigating the financial and regulatory aspects of vehicle sales. This includes managing documentation, coordinating with brokers for finance approvals, and ensuring all third-party lender requirements are met efficiently and accurately. Whilst also facilitating customer vehicle purchases through our ecommerce platform, using a range of communication methods including email, telephone, and SMS. You will act as a vital link between customers, our dealerships. We operate to the highest standards, aligned with regulatory obligations and customer expectations.
