Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. The role involves application design and development, troubleshooting, knowledge of application programming principles, and participation in design discussions. It requires strong analytical and communication skills, leadership capabilities, and expertise in relevant technologies.

Job Responsibility:

Accountable for executing and driving mid-size feature application design and development efforts
Serving as a development lead on medium-scale projects and supporting the execution of larger efforts
Analyze and troubleshoot coding, application performance, and design challenges
Research the root cause of development and performance concerns and resolve defects
Understand engineering needs, technical requirements, and maintenance characteristics
Participate in design discussions as a Development Lead
Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks, and mitigate risks
Work across teams to optimize processes
Review metrics and seek improved mechanisms for process visibility
Share knowledge with the team and obtain certifications

Requirements:

12 years in a product development/product management environment
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Data driven and results-oriented
Experience delivering with an agile methodology
Expertise in UI development in technologies like Angular
Exposure to core Java development
Experience in affecting large culture change
Experience leading infrastructure programs
Skilled at working with third party service providers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
