Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role involved with applications systems analysis, programming activities, and utilizing a variety of technology tools to address technical challenges.

Job Responsibility:

Turn tech stack and application design into code on multiple development platforms
Address a variety of responses to problems, questions, or situations by applying established criteria
Responsible for applications systems analysis and programming activities
Accountable for development, design, construction, testing, and implementation
Write secure, stable, testable and maintainable code
Engage in digital applications development and support activities
Consult with users, clients and other technology groups on issues
Take the time to fully learn the functionality, architecture, dependencies, and runtime properties of the systems involved with your projects
Understand the business context and associated customer use cases
Drive clarity into technical implementation
Build and maintain integrated project development schedules
Negotiate features and associated priority
Improve team development related processes
Ensure self and peers are actively seeking ways to objectively measure productivity
Assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

More than 5 years in an Apps Development role
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Data driven and results-oriented
Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based services
Experience in affecting large culture change
Experience leading infrastructure programs
Skilled at working with third party service providers
Excellent written and oral communication skills to deal with business stakeholders
Expertise in IDE Tools: Eclipse
Build Technologies: Ant, Maven
Version Control Systems: Bitbucket, Github
Automated Testing: QTP, Junit, Selenium
Expertise in OOAD/ OOPS/ Design Patterns/ Build Technology Tools/ Version Control Software/ Testing Tools are required
Server side development experience on NodeJS/Spring Boot
OpenShift / AWS platforms knowledge
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
