Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role requiring integration of in-depth specialty area knowledge with industry standards. Responsibilities include coding on multiple platforms, applications systems analysis, design, constructing, testing and implementing secure code, and improving team development processes. Qualifications include experience with Content Management Systems, leadership in complex infrastructure projects, and strong analytical skills. Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience required.

Job Responsibility:

Turn tech stack and application design into code on multiple development platforms (e.g. iOS, Android, web/Angular, services)
Address a variety of responses to problems, questions, or situations by applying established criteria to directly influence development outcomes
Responsible for applications systems analysis and programming activities, assisting with feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and implementation
Accountable for development, design, construction, testing and implementation of secure, stable, testable and maintainable code
Engage in digital applications development, risk technology, Middleware, Mainframe applications, Non Mainframe applications, Analytic Model Development, and Application support activities
Provide sound understanding of application development concepts and principles
Consult with users, clients and other technology groups to recommend programming solutions
Learn functionality, architecture, dependencies, and runtime properties of systems involved in projects
Drive clarity into technical implementation through system build and performance discussions
Represent team’s systems to others both inside and outside Digital
Build and maintain integrated project development schedules
Negotiate features and associated priority to help team and customers reach consensus
Improve team development processes to accelerate delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality
Actively seek ways to objectively measure productivity

Requirements:

6-9 years in an Apps Development role
Experience with Content Management Systems such as Adobe and Teamsite
Must be able to author content using Adobe and Teamsite
Ability to lead complex infrastructure projects
Excellent communications skills to interact with several stakeholders to successfully implement critical application projects
Demonstrated execution capabilities
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Data driven and results-oriented
Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud-based services
Experience in affecting large culture change
Experience leading infrastructure programs
Skilled at working with third party service providers
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
