Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role within software engineering, architecture, or product development, with significant exposure to modern web technologies (React with Typescript), microservices (Java Spring Reactive, Python), and distributed systems (Module Federation/MicroFrontEnds)
  • Proven experience building complex business and/or transactional models, demonstrating deep understanding of Resiliency, Observability and Scalability principles
  • Has thrived and succeeded in delivering high-quality technology products and services in high-growth, rapidly shifting environments, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to and integrate new paradigms like Rapid AI Enabled Design and Implementation
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases, coupled with experience in monitoring and optimizing highly observable systems
  • First-class leadership and influencing skills, including extensive experience as a Leader, Mentor, and Design Authority, managing engineering teams and fostering a culture of technical excellence
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and talent management skills, including the ability to identify and develop engineering talent, with a focus on cultivating expertise in emerging AI technologies (LLM, RAG, MCP, Agentic AI Patterns)
