Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Analyst is a developing professional role focusing on aspects of software engineering including application design, testing, risk technology, and implementation. The role involves analyzing data, policy formulation, consulting with stakeholders, and contributing to business systems development. Responsibilities range from direct coding to providing insights for system improvements and ensuring compliance within operational frameworks.

Job Responsibility:

Write code on one or more development platforms to deliver part or all of a feature
Respond to problems, questions, or situations by applying established criteria
Engage in digital applications development, risk technology, Middleware, Mainframe applications, Non Mainframe applications, Analytic Model Development and Application support activities
Provide sound understanding of application development concepts and principles
Consult with users, clients and other technology groups on issues and recommend solutions
Understand the functionality of the systems involved and the business context
Participate in design sessions to understand the context and provide inputs
Provide inputs for building scheduling, prioritization, and team coordination
Complete assessment tests or certifications on development platforms
Assess risks, ensure compliance, and escalate control issues

Requirements:

0-2 years in an Apps Development role
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Data driven and results-oriented
Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based services
Experience in affecting large culture change
Experience leading infrastructure programs
Skilled at working with third party service providers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
