Job Description:

The Digital S/W Eng Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for providing technical leadership, driving large-scale projects, and mentoring engineering teams. The role focuses on application development, architectural guidance, and ensuring adherence to SDLC best practices.

Job Responsibility:

Execute and drive results on large-scale efforts as a development lead
Provide architectural guidance during preplanning and design phases
Mentor and coach engineering teams
Conduct design reviews and code reviews
Manage application development assignments, including large budgets and cross-functional projects
Communicate risks and dependencies to business owners
Drive technical strategy, focusing on performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.

Requirements:

Sound hands-on experience in TIBCO BW
Sound knowledge in integration areas like TIBCO EMS, Solace, MQ
6-10 years of relevant experience in an Apps Development role or senior-level experience in an Enterprise Architecture role with subject matter expertise in one or more areas
Expertise in algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and networking
Experience with AWS and Citi’s internal and external cloud platforms (e.g., PCF, Akamai)
Strong understanding of CI/CD, including automating code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing
Bachelor’s/University degree required, Master’s preferred.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of NGA technology
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach engineers
Expertise in architectural design patterns and code reviews
Effective communication and risk management skills.
