Job Description:

Ensure that all digital assets delivered to clients meet the highest quality standards in terms of structure, content, technical specifications, and spelling, in order to efficiently and accurately fulfill client requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform testing and quality assurance processes on received digital files
  • Ensure that all deliverables comply with the technical requirements outlined in the brief
  • Contribute to efficiency throughout the production process
  • Review and validate spelling, grammar, wording, and overall text quality
  • Verify correct usage and performance of color profiles
  • Identify product issues using error-tracking systems
  • Create and maintain databases of known product defects and analyze recurring issues to prevent future errors
  • Review product specifications to anticipate potential issues or risks
  • Advise the design team on best practices to minimize potential problems
  • Continuously improve testing and quality assurance strategies
  • Ensure final assets are fully optimized prior to client delivery
  • Confirm that design criteria align with client requirements and expectations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Design or related fields
  • Proven experience in design
  • Experience in quality control or quality assurance processes
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
  • Strong command of digital tools and software, including: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Highly detail-oriented and observant
  • Curious mindset with strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently with a high level of autonomy
