Senior Planning / Project Manager – Growth Agency – Central London – c.£50K. You’ll own delivery across a portfolio of complex, multi-channel projects – paid media, creative, landing pages, tracking, app builds – all moving at pace, all at once. You’re the person who makes it all work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own projects end-to-end – scope, plan, resource, deliver
  • Build clear, realistic timelines (before things break, not after)
  • Track progress daily, flag risks early, fix problems fast
  • Manage budgets, scope and profitability – no surprises
  • Coordinate across creative, growth and technical teams
  • Keep clients and internal teams aligned, informed and moving

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years in a digital/creative/growth agency
  • Proven experience running complex, multi-workstream projects
  • Comfortable across both creative and technical delivery
  • Highly organised, detail-obsessed, proactive
  • Commercially aware – you understand scope, margin and delivery reality
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-first
