Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will guide cross-functional marketing teams through the adoption of Agile methodologies, transitioning from a hybrid Agile/Waterfall model to a more structured Agile framework. This position offers an exciting opportunity to promote collaboration, enhance team performance, and drive organizational agility.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the transition of marketing and creative teams from a hybrid Agile/Waterfall model to a formal Agile framework
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, roles, and practices to ensure successful adoption
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, retrospectives, and planning sessions to enhance team collaboration
Partner with leadership to develop Agile implementation strategies that align with business objectives
Identify and address organizational or process-related barriers that hinder team performance
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to build internal Agile expertise
Monitor team performance metrics to assess Agile maturity and recommend areas for improvement
Act as a change agent to foster a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous learning

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile practitioner
Proven experience in coaching Agile marketing teams or working within marketing environments
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS
Demonstrated success in leading Agile transformations from hybrid or Waterfall environments
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels
