Robert Half is looking for a skilled Digital Project Manager to lead and coordinate B2B marketing initiatives with a focus on maintaining project scopes, budgets, and timelines for our client. This is a maternity leave coverage short-term contract position - fully remote. The Digital Project Manager role is part-time 20-25 hours per week and involves a blend of administrative tasks and client-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to managing resources, workflows, and communication across teams. Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the execution of B2B marketing projects, ensuring adherence to defined scopes, budgets, and deadlines
  • Coordinate internal workflows, dedicating the majority of time to administrative tasks while occasionally engaging in client-facing activities
  • Manage resource allocation by assessing team capacity, delegating tasks, and collaborating with other project managers and external vendors
  • Oversee project delivery processes, ensuring proper documentation, quality assurance, and timely completion of deliverables
  • Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or Monday.com to streamline workflows and track progress
  • Foster effective communication within the team to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals
  • Delegate account-related tasks and maintain structured processes to ensure seamless operations
  • Conduct regular evaluations of team performance and resource needs to optimize productivity
  • Monitor and address potential risks to project timelines or budgets, implementing proactive solutions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or related fields
  • Proficiency in using ClickUp or similar project management tools, with a proven ability to navigate and utilize features effectively
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is preferred, but candidates must demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn
  • Strong expertise in resource allocation, budget management, and campaign planning
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital project workflows
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of maintaining a focused yet assertive tone when necessary
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira and other project tracking platforms is a plus.
