Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives. In this role, you will manage timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and projects meet business objectives. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, creative teams, and developers, driving projects from concept through launch.

Job Responsibility:

Manage digital projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with goals
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
Collaborate with designers, developers, marketers, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and proactively resolve roadblocks
Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders
Track project performance and report on KPIs and outcomes
Ensure quality assurance and adherence to best practices in digital production

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of digital production processes (web, mobile, social, paid media, email)
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, MS Project)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
