Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Irvine, California. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing workflows for graphic design and video production, ensuring our processes align with industry standards and support scalability. Job Responsibility:

Analyze current workflows for graphic design and video production to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Lead the implementation of a new project management tool, such as SmartSheets, to enhance team collaboration and organization
Develop and document streamlined processes that align with industry best practices to support scalability
Provide expert guidance to the internal team on project management tools and methodologies
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth transition to updated workflows and tools
Monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet established timelines and quality standards
Facilitate training sessions for the team to adopt new systems and processes effectively
Act as a consultant to provide insights and strategies for improving creative production management
Ensure all project documentation is maintained and accessible for future reference
Support campaign planning and deliverable execution as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing graphic design and video production workflows for teams of similar size or larger
Proficiency in project management tools such as SmartSheets, Asana, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of industry best practices for creative production management
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and experience implementing them in a creative environment
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), CRM tools, and cloud technologies
Ability to conduct workflow assessments and recommend scalable solutions
Demonstrated expertise in campaign planning, brand awareness, and deliverable execution
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
