This is a mid‑level role suited for someone who can blend technical understanding with excellent communication and project leadership. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, media specialists, and business stakeholders to drive high-quality execution across web development, Shopify builds, media buying, and process improvements.
Job Responsibility:
Lead day‑to‑day project management across web development, Shopify launches, and digital marketing initiatives
Plan, scope, and manage sprints within Scrum/Agile methodologies
Coordinate cross‑department communication between dev, creative, marketing, analytics, and leadership teams
Oversee timelines, roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation
Manage and optimize workflows, documentation, and digital processes
Support media buying initiatives across Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, GA4, and Meta platforms
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into actionable tasks, and ensure accurate execution
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews
Conduct basic QA/UAT and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
Identify risks, blockers, and inefficiencies, proposing solutions proactively
Requirements:
3+ years of digital project management experience
Hands-on experience with: WordPress website management or development coordination
Shopify site builds, enhancements, or ecommerce operations
Google platforms (Google Ads, Analytics/GA4, Merchant Center)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.)
Ability to manage technical conversations with developers and non‑technical stakeholders
Strong understanding of web development lifecycles, dependencies, and best practices
Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex timelines
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Comfort juggling multiple projects in fast-paced digital environments
Nice to have:
Meta Ads Manager
Experience with UX/UI workflows, wireframes, or design handoffs
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or ecommerce data flows
Familiarity with digital performance metrics and campaign reporting
Background in media buying, digital marketing, or analytics-driven decision making
