The Digital Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing digital initiatives from concept through delivery. This role serves as the central coordinator across design, development, marketing, and stakeholder teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end‑to‑end management of digital projects including websites, mobile applications, digital campaigns, UX/UI design initiatives, and platform enhancements
Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
Create and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, resource plans, and status reports
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives (if using Agile/Scrum)
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders regarding project updates and deliverables
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and timelines when external partners are involved
Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve roadblocks
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with UX, brand, and technical guidelines
Oversee budget tracking, invoicing, and project financials
Support continuous improvement by contributing to process optimization and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or related field
3–6 years of experience managing digital or technology-driven projects
Strong understanding of digital production workflows (web development, UX/UI design, content, QA)
Experience using project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
