Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Project Manager to lead and oversee digital initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a long-term contract position based in Bloomington, Minnesota, requiring a blend of corporate and agency experience to ensure the seamless execution of creative and technical projects. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating with stakeholders, managing the creative process, and facilitating communication between business and technology teams.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and deliver digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met
Oversee the creative development process, ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards
Collaborate with technology teams to align digital solutions with technical capabilities
Implement and follow Agile Scrum methodologies to manage workflows and project progress
Utilize tools such as monday.com to track project deliverables and milestones
Act as a liaison between corporate and agency teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution
Adapt to a fast-moving environment, ensuring projects remain on track under tight deadlines
Provide strategic insights to improve processes and enhance project outcomes
Ensure all projects meet both creative and technical specifications.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing digital projects in both corporate and agency settings
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies with the ability to apply them effectively
Proficiency in project management tools such as monday.com or similar platforms
Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality digital deliverables
Experience collaborating with creative and technical teams to achieve project goals
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Familiarity with digital agency processes and workflows.
