As a Project Manager, you will manage the onboarding of new clients and the execution of ongoing projects for a portfolio of existing clients. You have a solid understanding of essential Project Management Activities and can implement them with minimal support from more experienced project managers. (e.g., can support estimates and development of 'Productized' SOWs, but requires support for more custom engagements).
Job Responsibility:
Maintain basic project control and meet all project control measurements for all assigned projects
Manage the financial and workflow aspects of several Paid Media projects to include, but are not limited to CX, SEO, and web development
Ensure the financial and client health of each project, escalating risks to more senior members of the project management team
Manage multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities
Identify systemic delivery issues to more senior project managers, but is not expected to offer business process improvement suggestions at this stage of development
Communicate with company partners on project teams in the service of daily delivery
Implement project management, technology and AI tools for clients.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a project management role, at a marketing, advertising or related agency
You know our core products/capabilities and is working to understand product-specific PM skills
Proficiency with project management software tools and GSheets, interest in learning new technologies
Comfortable leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, and coordinating with external partners
You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business
Willingness to work globally, understanding time zone possible effects for deadlines, communicating with marketers from other countries and being mindful of local preferences
Nice to have:
CAPM or PMP certifications are not required, but advantageous.
