Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to support a tech client, 40hr/wk, hybrid in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope and budget. Job Responsibility:

Lead digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Utilize tools such as Adobe Workfront to track progress and manage workflows effectively
Oversee backend development efforts and ensure seamless integration with cloud-based technologies
Manage content management systems (CMS) to support brand awareness and campaign initiatives
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies
Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to align with organizational goals
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment across teams and address any challenges
Implement best practices for digital project management to optimize efficiency and outcomes

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role
Proficiency with Adobe Workfront
Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and their application in digital projects
Demonstrated ability to manage complex project timelines and schedules
Experience with backend development and cloud technologies
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to enhance brand awareness and execute campaign planning
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
