Job Description:

A vibrant and growing company seeks a skilled Digital Project Manager for a 6-month remote contract. Collaborate with internal teams and a freelance Designer to oversee website updates using Shopify. Develop timelines, optimize content, and ensure project milestones are met.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and drive the end-to-end content development process for website updates
Collaborate with the freelance Designer to build out content based on existing Figma designs
Gather necessary content from internal teams, working closely with the Director of Marketing Execution and the Chief of Staff
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
Facilitate clear communication and coordination between all involved teams and individuals
Ensure content is reviewed, approved, and stored appropriately for deployment (utilizing Google Cloud Drive)
Leverage your understanding of website functionality and the Shopify platform to ensure content is optimized for the website
Present project updates and progress effectively to stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, ideally with a focus on website content development
Strong understanding of website functionality and best practices
Experience working within the Shopify platform
Familiarity with Figma
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment

Nice to have:

Experience working with freelance designers and internal creative teams
Familiarity with templated website structures
