Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and agile-savvy Digital Project Manager with Scrum Master experience to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives across web, mobile, and integrated marketing platforms. This role will bridge the gap between stakeholders, developers, designers, and cross-functional teams—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the end-to-end delivery of digital projects (websites, mobile apps, digital marketing campaigns, etc.)
Act as Scrum Master for agile teams: facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with product owners to groom and prioritize backlogs, ensuring stories and tasks are well-defined and achievable
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, content creators, QA, and marketing stakeholders
Proactively identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure effective communication of project status, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders and executive leadership
Maintain documentation, process standards, and reporting to support agile project governance and transparency
Drive continuous improvement of team velocity, quality, and project outcomes

Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience managing digital projects in an agency, in-house marketing, or tech environment
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in Agile/Scrum and hybrid environments
Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, MS Project)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Familiarity with web development processes, UX principles, and digital marketing is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
PMP or other project management certifications are a bonus

Nice to have:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred
