In this long-term contract role, you will oversee the production and management of digital and video projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in project management and creative production while collaborating with diverse teams and vendors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the intake and management of video project requests, ensuring all details are accurately captured and processed
  • Track the progress of projects from initiation through completion, providing regular updates and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Coordinate pre-production efforts, including securing locations, negotiating vendor contracts, and planning logistics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creative partners and vendors to optimize video production processes
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track and within scope
  • Address production challenges promptly, providing innovative solutions to maintain project flow
  • Assist with on-set production activities to ensure creative direction and project goals are achieved
  • Ensure all project milestones are met and deliverables align with quality and brand standards
  • Facilitate vendor scoping and contracting processes to support project needs
  • Respond proactively to client and partner requests, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 4 plus years of experience in project management or production roles within a creative team or production company
  • Comprehensive understanding of video production workflows and processes
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and adhere to timelines in dynamic environments
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, and related software
  • Expertise in managing digital projects and timelines
  • Capability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
