As a Project Executive, you respond to information requests, which come from our Internal Account Management Department or other WPP entities. Your role is to traffic the work into the creative and studio, factoring in creative and studio resources, media scheduling/timelines, guidelines and demanding stakeholders. You should possess fantastic organisational skills and accept accountability to ensure that your campaigns go out on time and to budget.
Job Responsibility:
Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery
Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic client expectations
proactively chase and interrogate delays
Escalate issues to Project Management & Account Management team
Strive for better client and stakeholder relations
Demonstrate clear understanding of brand
Distribute contact reports and agendas
Manage a multiple number of jobs and projects at any one time, all at different stages and with different requirements
Liaise with account management, transcreation, creative, studio and 3rd party vendors and ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date on the progress of their work
Liaise with various departments to source creative, artwork and resolve queries and issues
Provide advice and solutions to Digital, social content and print production issues
Booking and scheduling work in studio and creative
Support basic billing processes, including quotations, POs, cost tracking, and monthly reporting across multiple stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year/ prior internship experiences in Account Management or Project Management in an advertising agency
Experience in working in a digital platform / social content / print production / printing / graphic design department
Strong numeracy skills
Strong prioritisation skills, time management skills and excellent attention to detail
Resilience and ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills
