Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Digital Project Executive to join the Digital Team of Europe’s Largest Airline Group! This is an exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years. We’re looking for a task-orientated Digital Project Executive who can support the delivery of digital projects and develop strong knowledge of their assigned workstreams. You will assist in gathering requirements, coordinating stakeholders, and helping remove blockers so that impactful solutions reach our customers quickly. Working closely with Digital Project Managers, designers, and project owners, you will help launch new features that improve customer experience and deliver business value. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, detail-focused, and eager to learn how to manage projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment. A Digital Project Executive’s role in Ryanair is to support the planning and execution of digital projects within an agile environment. You will work with multiple stakeholders across the business to collect and document project requirements and assist in the development process. You will collaborate with project leads, designers, and scrum teams to ensure smooth delivery. Job Responsibility:
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for digital projects
Support the preparation of project proposals and ensure deadlines are met
Help translate business needs into clear requirements for development in collaboration with designers and project owners
Prepare initial design briefs under guidance and ensure feedback is captured for revisions
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, take minutes, and follow up on agreed actions
Assist in backlog management and tracking progress in Jira
Monitor timelines and flag potential blockers early to the Digital Project Manager
Maintain and update business rules documentation for your assigned projects
Support smaller enhancements and quick wins by managing tasks through to completion
Requirements:
1–2 years’ experience in digital projects, business analysis, or a related role
Familiarity with UX/UI design processes and agile delivery methods
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across multiple teams
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital customer journeys is an advantage
Proficiency in documentation and process tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
