Job Description

This role sits within an EMEA-focused demand generation function and is primarily responsible for executing webinars in multiple languages across the region. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with clear ownership and the opportunity to expand into broader digital programs over time.

Job Responsibility

  • Own webinar execution end-to-end
  • Set up, manage, and optimise webinar logistics including scheduling, registration, speaker coordination, live moderation, and post-event follow-up
  • Act as the operational lead during live webinars, ensuring smooth delivery
  • Maintain timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documentation
  • Support digital demand programs
  • Build and QA campaign emails, landing pages, forms, and basic nurture flows
  • Coordinate localisation and translations for priority EMEA markets
  • Support additional virtual programs aligned with wider marketing initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally
  • Collaborate with regional marketing, content, and sales teams to align topics, messaging, and speakers
  • Coordinate with marketing operations to ensure lead routing, follow-up, and SLAs are working as intended
  • Keep stakeholders informed before and after programs with clear updates and summaries
  • Track performance and improve
  • Monitor registrations, attendance, engagement, and early pipeline signals
  • Contribute to recurring reporting on digital program performance
  • Apply learnings to improve future programs and processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, digital programs, events, or demand generation
  • Hands-on experience supporting or running webinars or virtual events
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple workstreams
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work across teams, time zones, and deadlines
  • Fluency in English
