We’re seeking a Digital Production Designer with experience in retail or eCommerce to support high-volume digital content production across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for color, typography, and layout, and is highly skilled in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. You’ll work closely with design and marketing teams to resize, adapt, and optimize creative assets for web, mobile, email, and social channels while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity.
Job Responsibility:
Resize, crop, and optimize digital assets for various channels (web, mobile, email, social, digital ads, etc.)
Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to prepare production-ready files
Ensure creative assets align with brand standards, color palettes, and typography guidelines
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to deliver polished, on-brand visuals across all placements
Maintain organized file systems, manage version control, and perform quality assurance on deliverables
Support production needs for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in digital production design, ideally within retail or eCommerce
Proficiency in Figma (required)
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
Experience adapting creative assets across multiple digital touchpoints and screen sizes
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
