Job Description:

I'm partnered with a forward thinking and well known UK charity who are hiring for a Digital Product Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. This person will join the digital team and work alongside the product managers to optimise the organisations website, fundraising platforms, learning management system and other digital products. Strong knowledge of website management and an understanding of product management will be needed for this role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Optimise the organisations website, fundraising platforms, learning management system and other digital products
  • Undertaking SEO & accessibility audit's
  • Coordinate sprints with the external digital agency
  • Raise tickets using Jira
  • Conduct User acceptance testing
  • Drive process improvements across the digital products

Requirements:

  • Umbraco or similar CMS experience
  • Experience working in a similar digital product focused role
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital accessibility
  • Good communication skills and a self starter

Nice to have:

Previously charity experience would be a bonus
