Job Description:

Support the design, delivery, and optimization of digital solutions that improve member, provider, and payer experiences, as well as enhance internal stakeholder efficiencies. Own the digital product lifecycle—from vision and strategy to execution and continuous improvement—ensuring our products meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.

Job Responsibility:

Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives
Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, translating business and user requirements into clear epics and user stories
Collaborate with business units, operations, clinical teams, compliance, and IT to align on priorities
Leverage data, user feedback, and market research to enhance digital self-service, claims transparency, provider search, member portals, and mobile applications
Ensure digital products adhere to HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, and other relevant healthcare insurance regulations
Define KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, satisfaction, and ROI

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in healthcare insurance or a highly regulated industry
Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations (claims, eligibility, enrollment, prior authorization, provider networks)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification

Nice to have:

Experience with digital health platforms, member portals, or provider-facing tools
Product Owner/Product Management certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM)
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field
