Job Responsibility:
Responsible for Ana Vodafone Application/Website strategy and roadmap and accountable for its technical and commercial execution
Increase customer penetration and engagement users to reach the shared local market and group targets
Digitizing segments to enable ALL existing and new services/price plans/bundles to be available over Digital Channels with a priority to new launches (for both Consumer and Enterprise Segments)
Responsible for targeted campaigns through the application/website that are tailored to customers to improve their engagement and attachment to VF
Responsible for the application/website activations through Social Media platforms, Influencers, VF events, and new product launches
% Penetration of Vodafone customers on Digital Channels
Funnel management on Vodafone digital platforms
Digital Channels NPS
Conversion of customer touch points from Customer Care/Retail to Digital Channels
Application/Website performance and stability
