Job Description:

As Digital Product Owner for Repco Retail ANZ, you will own the B2C digital product vision, roadmap, and backlog. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll lead delivery from concept to launch — ensuring quality releases aligned to customer needs and business goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own, prioritise, and refine the product backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes
  • Define and communicate the product vision, goals, scope, and key success metrics
  • Provide leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle — enabling timely decisions and governance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, UX/UI, development, QA, and retail operations
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and secure approvals for product releases
  • Analyse data and customer insights to inform prioritisation and measure performance
  • Manage smaller ad hoc projects that add value to the digital experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Digital Product Owner or Product Manager (B2C)
  • Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear requirements
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities
  • Proven capability managing stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Deep understanding of the digital ecommerce ecosystem
  • Comfortable working adaptively in a fast-paced, agile retail environment

Nice to have:

  • Previous retail ecommerce experience (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum frameworks and product lifecycle management
  • Experience with product backlog management
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related
