As Digital Product Owner for Repco Retail ANZ, you will own the B2C digital product vision, roadmap, and backlog. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll lead delivery from concept to launch — ensuring quality releases aligned to customer needs and business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Own, prioritise, and refine the product backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes
Define and communicate the product vision, goals, scope, and key success metrics
Provide leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle — enabling timely decisions and governance
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, UX/UI, development, QA, and retail operations
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and secure approvals for product releases
Analyse data and customer insights to inform prioritisation and measure performance
Manage smaller ad hoc projects that add value to the digital experience
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as a Digital Product Owner or Product Manager (B2C)
Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear requirements
Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities
