Job Description:

The Digital Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital initiatives that enhance user experience, drive engagement, and achieve business goals. This role bridges the gap between business needs, technology capabilities, and user expectations to deliver impactful digital products and experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital platforms (web, mobile, apps, or other digital touchpoints)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including UX/UI design, engineering, marketing, and analytics—to ensure successful product delivery
Translate business goals and user needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Analyze data and feedback to inform prioritization and continuous improvement of digital products
Manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization
Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and industry trends
Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and measure product performance against objectives
Ensure a seamless and consistent digital experience aligned with brand standards and accessibility best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
3-6 years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or a related field
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, UX principles, and agile methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
