Are you looking to make the next steps in your marketing Career? My client is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join their growing team in Brentford. They are looking for a Digital Product Manager, this role is very much someone who is at the start of their product career and is now wanting more responsibility in their role. The role itself will be to ensure that the company website and mobile apps have an optimal performance to maximise revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the company website and mobile apps have optimal performance to maximise revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of digital platforms to identify pain points in the user journey and growth opportunities
  • Manage the demand process and be a day-to-day contact for marketing, operations, commercial and other business stakeholders
  • Work closely with Customer Support and Digital team to collect and analyse customer feedback
  • Collate a backlog of requirements for fixes and new features and coordinate their delivery by internal teams in priority order
  • Test new features and fixes in the production environment

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Ecommerce
  • Experience with B2C transactional websites
  • Good understanding of techniques that drive traffic generation, conversion, acquisition & optimisation
  • Experience in developing and improving customer journeys
  • Proficient in Google analytics, GTM, SEO
