We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join a well-established financial institution in the Richmond, VA area. Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute digital strategies and roadmaps tailored to business needs and future growth objectives
  • Evaluate external digital platforms and recommend partnerships to enhance capabilities
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging digital techniques to achieve strategic goals and prioritize required capabilities
  • Create business cases and requirements for digital initiatives, driving them through execution
  • Ensure customer and employee feedback informs product features to align with business outcomes and architectural roadmaps
  • Set and manage goals, key performance indicators, and metrics to track success
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to support acquisition, product positioning, promotions, and onboarding of digital products and services

  • Present strategic recommendations and data insights to senior management to gain buy-in
  • Prioritize product requirements, coordinate release plans, and translate business needs into technical specifications for implementation

Requirements:
