Job Responsibility:

Ensure the product offerings and digital journeys are performing as expected, and look to drive optimisation based on data and insight
Deliver sustainable savings and operational efficiencies by standardising systems, removing or automating processes in the journey design
Work with delivery, architects, and engineering on development and resilience of underlying platforms
Manage cross-reporting with digital channel and customer experience teams to drive improvements with business outcome leads where needed

Requirements:

Solid business analysis and design skills
Background in business, operations and technology focused projects
Experience following agile methodologies and project management processes in digital transformation projects performed within the Financial Services industry
Understanding of customer needs and trends, with an inquisitive mindset and passion for determining future needs
Effective and accountable team player who can manage across a range of stakeholders
Customer focused, with a commitment to understanding and improving the end-to-end customer journey
