Digital Product Management Manager

• Manage and develop team of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area
• engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the business
• identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line
• make decisions and resolve issues regarding content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management to meet business objectives
• interpret and develop policies and procedures
• collaborate with and consult with the team and multiple level managers
• interact directly with external customers
• manage allocation of people and financial resources to support the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area
• mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

• 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years of leadership experience
