Job Description:

As a CRM Digital Product Management Director in the Consumer CRM organization, you will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of CRM capabilities that power customer growth and deepen engagement across Branch Banking and Affluent segments. You will oversee the evolution of CRM product roadmaps, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative, data-driven solutions for customers and bankers. This role involves driving operational effectiveness, leveraging AI and automation, and fostering regulatory compliance while working closely with senior leaders and front-line teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive strategic development and execution of core Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products across Branch Banking and Affluent segments
  • Champion risk management strategies that elevate CRM operational excellence and efficiency
  • Lead high-performing product teams to design and implement integrated solutions that enhance effectiveness, minimize risk exposure, and streamline operations
  • Shape enterprise-wide transformation by crafting and evolving policies and procedures that redefine organizational perspective, culture, quality standards, stakeholder relationships, and operational capabilities
  • Influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners to secure resources, align priorities, resolve challenges, and ensure strategic cohesion
  • Oversee strategic resource planning, including talent allocation, financial forecasting, and vendor management
  • Cultivate a forward-looking talent strategy, mentoring and empowering teams to meet evolving business needs

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Adobe, and other Marketing solutions)
  • Experience driving transformational change
  • Experience leading teams in risk assessment activities and resolution processes
  • Experience partnering, influencing, and driving change through senior leaders
  • Experience engaging partners to execute a roadmap that delivers value
  • Ability to set and communicate a compelling future direction for the team or organization
  • Ability to articulate vision, goals, and expectations to diverse stakeholders
