Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Digital Product Leader with a strong background in communication, extensive knowledge of Intranet and digital communication channels, and hands-on expertise in digital product development. This role combines strategic leadership and operational execution to drive the evolution, scalability, and daily management of our internal hub for news, collaboration, and productivity across Inter IKEA.

Job Responsibility:

Be responsible for the design, development and delivery of a unified, branded, and personalized Intranet experience
ensure the Intranet supports business capabilities of communication, co-worker experience, culture, and learning
work closely with communication specialists and digital product teams to align digital communication products
represent the voice of the end user in product development
shape and evolve Viva Engage as a key internal communication channel
use insights to inform content strategies and drive continuous product improvement
oversee content governance including policies for publishing, updating and archiving content
manage the design, development, and operations of digital communication channels
actively participate in change management and adoption strategies to drive engagement
align product vision and priorities for Digital Workplace objectives
ensure end-to-end accountability for product aspects including usage, budget, security, compliance, and service management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a product owner in product management
demonstrated leadership in best-practice digital product development
hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft 365
knowledge of corporate communication, Intranet and social media
deep understanding of digital technology, SaaS models and licensing, service management, identity and access management
ability to interpret usage metrics and user behavior data
experience setting a clear vision for your area
skilled in backlog management, user story writing, and prioritization techniques
strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
strong business acumen and strategic mindset
knowledge of platforms such as Sitecore, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Viva Connections, SharePoint analytics products, Microsoft Search.
