Job Description:

Digital Product Leader role in Business Insights team at Retail Operation Solutions and Support (ROSS), responsible for shaping the future of digital products, ensuring innovation and efficiency standards, and driving product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IKEA's global retail operations.

Job Responsibility:

Define and drive the product vision and strategy
Lead continuous product discovery efforts
Prioritize features and enhancements that deliver maximum value
Engage with senior stakeholders across IKEA, franchisees, and external partners
Analyse complex requirements and make informed data-driven decisions
Implement optimized processes that enhance product delivery and operational efficiency
Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

At least 5+ years in a senior DPL/Product Owner or Product Management role
Strong background in leading cross-functional teams
Ability to craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy
Proficient in Power BI and MS Fabrics
Good understanding in data platforms, data management, and data governance
Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Fluency in English
Product management experience considering viability, feasibility, usability, and value
