The Lead Director in Clinical Services & Solutions technology team is responsible for product management leadership for multiple product teams. They are responsible for owning and defining the product vision and strategy, the roadmap, feature delivery, and overall success of the product to enable a best-in-class E2E experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Defines and socializes the product vision, strategy and roadmap
  • Establishes Epics or initiatives that are aligned to strategic programs
  • Partners with business general manager (GM) and stakeholders to make decisions on investment priorities
  • Translates customer and business needs into short-term and long-term product strategy
  • Connects the roadmap to specific value drivers
  • Responsible for aligning roadmaps, backlogs, capacity, timelines, and commitments
  • Defines product OKRs
  • Facilitates agile ceremonies & meetings, including PI Planning
  • Define epics, features & partner with respective product owners to define user stories
  • Ensures that incremental learnings from product delivery is prioritized
  • Uses performance data to establish feedback loops
  • Tracks product OKRs
  • Coordinates product launches
  • Sets the direction and provides continuous feedback for discovery work
  • Understands market and customer needs
  • Accountable for showcasing the product teams’ delivery
  • Interface and partner with Product Strategy to communicate progress
  • Ensures business strategies and targeted outcomes are well understood
  • Leads the 5-in-the-box cross-functional team
  • Understands the hiring market to identify successful candidates

Requirements:

  • 10+ years required experience as a Product Manager, Program Management, or Project Management with a focus on product strategy, vision, and roadmaps
  • 5+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success shipping software through multiple releases managing the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch in an agile environment
  • 3+ years of experience with back-end applications and/or APIs
  • 3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring or leading a team
  • 5+ years of experience in building and managing technical product teams using Agile framework
  • 5+ years of experience with large-scale modernization programs in technical capacity
  • Education bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience
  • Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment amid ambiguity
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills
  • Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills using data tools such as Jira
  • General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts, including Cloud and AI/ML
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills, influencing stakeholders across levels
