Job Description

As a Digital Product Lead for Vodafone’s Web Platforms (Vodafone.com.tr & micro sites), you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle and continuous optimization of our web experience with a strong focus on SEO performance, funnel management, technical excellence, and customer journey improvement and simplification. You will collaborate with marketing, technology, and design teams to launch end-to-end digital journeys and meaningful in-app experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Vodafone.com.tr and related micro sites
  • Manage and evolve customer journeys for users by collaborating with Marketing, Growth, Care, CX, IT, Operations, Legal and other stakeholders
  • Continuously improve digital customer experience through UX enhancements, capability expansion, and funnel optimization to boost web traffic, conversion and sales
  • Identify, prioritize and lead new digital customer & revenue opportunities, stakeholders, builds sustainable relationships to drive increased business performance and best value outcomes
  • Own and continuously improve Vodafone.com.tr SEO Health Score by identifying and resolving technical SEO issues, ensuring all pages meet best practices and integrating new SEO-driven pages
  • Leverage Semrush and Google Search Console to monitor site health and organic performance, translating insights into prioritized backlog actions and technical improvements
  • Use data and analytic tools effectively (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Semrush, Google Search Console, Content and CMS Management) to resolve customer issues and to identify and eradicate unnecessary challenges
  • Apply data management platforms (CDP, CVM Clusters, Big Data Models) to understand audiences, build segment and deliver unique audience profiles so digital channels can be personalized effectively
  • Formulate hypotheses for, construct and execute A/B tests in order to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, personas, and journeys
  • Understand and leverage digital channels and technologies (e.g. iOS, Android, HTML, AI, Cloud, ML, GEO, etc.) that change the environment
  • Try new ideas, technologies and services, explores digital opportunities to boost digital sales and engagement
  • Define a robust MVP based on squad’s priority and your understanding of user research and the high-reaching space
  • Work agile in squads closely with Solution Designers, Frontend/Backend developers and UX/UI designers
