An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Digital Product Insights Analyst to join our Digital Product Team. You will play a key role in strengthening how we use data, insight and experimentation to improve user experience, grow fundraising performance and support people affected by lung conditions.
Job Responsibility:
Lead on web analytics and insight across our digital journeys
Ensure accurate tracking, high-quality data and clear performance reporting
Work closely with colleagues across Fundraising + Engagement, Data + Insight and Health Advice to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting and insight across digital platforms
Identify optimisation opportunities
Shape experimentation roadmaps
Support the design and evaluation of A/B testing activity
Contribute to strengthening our in-house SEO capability
Embedding best practice in digital measurement
Requirements:
Strong technical expertise in tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Experience in testing and optimisation
Highly organised
Confident presenting data stories to stakeholders
Comfortable collaborating across teams and with external partners
Proactive, data-driven mindset
Ability to translate complex information into practical recommendations
