Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Digital Product Insights Analyst to join our Digital Product Team. You will play a key role in strengthening how we use data, insight and experimentation to improve user experience, grow fundraising performance and support people affected by lung conditions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead on web analytics and insight across our digital journeys
  • Ensure accurate tracking, high-quality data and clear performance reporting
  • Work closely with colleagues across Fundraising + Engagement, Data + Insight and Health Advice to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting and insight across digital platforms
  • Identify optimisation opportunities
  • Shape experimentation roadmaps
  • Support the design and evaluation of A/B testing activity
  • Contribute to strengthening our in-house SEO capability
  • Embedding best practice in digital measurement

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience in testing and optimisation
  • Highly organised
  • Confident presenting data stories to stakeholders
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and with external partners
  • Proactive, data-driven mindset
  • Ability to translate complex information into practical recommendations
