Job Description:

In a role in Product Development & Management, you'll oversee our entire product lifecycle. Your responsibilities include gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and ensuring successful delivery and ongoing performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage a team of digital product owners
  • Own delivery of the product vision for our front office colleague facing digital capabilities
  • Develop & own consolidated digital roadmap
  • Create & embed prioritisation framework(s) that optimise for time to value
  • Embed a culture of data driven decision making at all stages of the product lifecycle
  • Navigate a complex application landscape
  • Embed a culture of collaboration, innovation & experimentation
  • Manage priorities across our agile digital squads
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Develop and own OKRs to measure the impact of product iterations
  • Drive innovation, meet customer needs, and ensure the bank's long-term success and competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Track record of delivering 0-1 & scale products in the digital space, ideally in a regulated environment
  • Experience working with UX / Service Design / Human Centred Design / Design thinking approaches
  • Must be technology literate / very comfortable participating and/or navigating technical discussions
  • Strong analytical, decision making & stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable using quantitative & qualitative techniques to make decisive trade-offs
  • Evidence of developing and owning a product strategy

Nice to have:

Demonstrable experience with embedding innovative technology solutions, e.g. AI/ML/GenAI
