Job Responsibility:
Shape Digital Conversations: Strategically create and deliver content that defines the core value of digital products, from promotional to transactional interactions
Drive Content Strategy: Develop comprehensive content strategies that address client information needs, facilitate collaborative design activities, and provide expert guidance to product teams
Create Engaging Content: Craft client-focused textual content, including labels, explanatory text, metadata, and support content, while collaborating on non-textual elements like iconography and data
Ensure Compliance and Inclusivity: Apply Inclusive Design principles, partner with legal and regulatory teams to meet compliance standards, and manage content documentation throughout its lifecycle
Lead Research and Testing: Collaborate with design researchers and leads to define research questions, initiate tests for content effectiveness, and conduct competitive audits to inform strategy
Advocate for Clients: Represent client needs and interests in all content discussions, ensuring their perspective influences product design and functionality
Requirements:
A post-secondary education, ideally with a university degree or college diploma
At least 4 years of writing experience within a creative agency or in-house creative team
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex challenges
Proficiency in English
A compelling portfolio of work samples showcasing your copywriting expertise
Nice to have:
Facility in French
A working knowledge of accessibility standards and methods to address them
A knowledge of current design and technology trends
