We are looking for a Digital Product Content Manager with Salsify experience to support marketing initiatives for a long-term contract opportunity based in Foothill Ranch, California.
Job Responsibility
PIM (Product Information Management) & DAM (Digital Asset Management) Ownership (Governance + Workflow Leadership)
Serve as primary owner/admin for PIM (Salsify) and DAM systems (Bynder), ensuring product data and assets are centralized, current, and usable
Re-build and enforce taxonomy, naming conventions, metadata rules, and publishing workflows
Coordinate product content onboarding processes for new SKUs, launches, and updates
Create and maintain documentation, training, and SOPs to drive adoption across internal teams
Data Integrity & Digital Quality Control
Own digital data integrity across all channels—website, PIM, DAM, and retail partner feeds
Audit and resolve content issues including inaccurate specs, mismatched imagery, missing attributes, broken links, and outdated product claims
Develop QA processes and dashboards to monitor data completeness and performance (e.g., content health scorecards)
Drive continuous improvement in how product data is captured, validated, and published
Performance Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with product managers, developers, sales enablement, and leadership to align product narratives and digital priorities
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website content management, or product content operations
Hands-on experience managing PIM and DAM systems and working with structured product data
Strong knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and conversion optimization
Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Excellent content QA skills with high attention to detail

Nice to have
Experience managing large SKU catalogs (500+ SKUs preferred)
Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, and lead-gen funnels
Familiarity with experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely) and dashboarding tools (Power BI/Qlik)
Background in product marketing, digital product management, or platform re-platforming initiatives
