Digital Product Area Manager

Responsible for the digital part of the smart home working closely with the range areas and the physical product offer

• Solid experience as a Product Leader in developing digital products
• Knowledgeable in agile principles and ways of working with eg UX, digital product strategy, digital product visions and data driven decision making
• Strong ability to communicate and act as a communication bridge between diverse business and digital competences
• Strong capability to visualize concepts and ideas to build understanding and agreement on the way forward
• Extensive knowledge in how to create high performing autonomous teams that are aligned towards a clear digital product vision, and working with relevant disciplines such as discovery, UX, and data informed decision making
• Ability to lead, coach, inspire and empower digital product teams to be optimized for the desired outcomes
• Ability to build strong relations with peers and stakeholders, comfortable with complex prioritization and situations, and cross functional leadership
• Ability to, in an excellent way, communicate, facilitate, listen actively, build networks, and inspire others
• Good knowledge about the IKEA strategies, processes and the digital landscape
