Job Description

Our client, a large retail company, is looking for a Digital Product Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working onsite three days per week out of their office in Columbus. The successful candidate will have experience working within Agile product team environments, proficiency working with creative/merchandising stakeholders, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Support day-to-day responsibilities of complex and integrated digital product delivery
  • Partner with Product Owners to determine key features
  • Gather and write user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Identify discrepancies with products while working through requirements
  • Coordinate and perform UAT
  • Conduct AB tests and analyze findings
  • Ensure platform stability and operational integrity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital product management, digital product analysis, or business analysis
  • Experience with ecommerce or retail industries is required
  • Waterfall or Agile SDLC experience
  • Jira or Confluence experience
  • Agile story and acceptance criteria creation experience
  • Experience working with enterprise e-commerce software
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
