Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and forward-thinking Contract Digital Asset Producer to join our Performance Marketing Design team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of static digital marketing assets for paid media campaigns, supporting a newly launched system that leverages automation and AI-driven tools to streamline creative workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and scale a new production model from the ground up. You'll collaborate closely with design, project management, and external vendors, playing a critical role in integrating new workflows, facilitating operational transitions, and ensuring timely and high-quality asset delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage full lifecycle production of paid media assets—from intake through final delivery—ensuring creative quality, timeliness, and technical accuracy
  • Operate within a new AI- and automation-supported production system, contributing to its refinement and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, project management, media, strategy, etc.) and external vendors to ensure asset delivery meets performance, brand, and platform standards
  • Support implementation of new workflows, tools, and production systems across the creative pipeline
  • Document and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and output consistency
  • Support cross-team onboarding and transition efforts related to new systems and creative automation tools
  • Prepare for future phases of production expansion, including but not limited to AV, lifecycle, landing pages, theatrical, and awareness marketing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of production experience, ideally in a performance marketing or media-focused environment
  • Proven experience navigating and facilitating workflow transitions, particularly those involving new tools or automated systems
  • Deep understanding of digital paid media platforms and ad formats (Meta, YouTube, Google Display, TikTok, DSPs etc.)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organization, and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Workfront)
  • Experience working within global brand or entertainment environments preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Experience with DAMs and templating tools is a plus
  • Preference given to candidates who have familiarity with AV or video production workflows, experience with CRM or lifecycle asset production (email, push, in-app), and/or exposure to generative AI tools for creative production

What we offer

  • medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • a 401(k) with company match
  • short-term disability
  • life insurance with AD&D
