As Digital Producer, you will play a central role in delivering best-in-class digital projects, from brand-led websites to digital campaigns, while helping us strengthen and expand our digital capabilities as an integrated part of our branding offer. You will also manage our digital maintenance contracts and act as a key liaison with our internal and external production teams.
Job Responsibility:
Lead digital projects end-to-end, from scoping to launch, including websites, apps, and campaigns within branding and design contexts
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, proactive management, and consistent documentation
Define project scopes, create schedules and resourcing plans, monitor progress, and identify risks early, keeping things on time and on track
Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, design, dev) and external partners to deliver digital work that meets the highest creative and technical standards
Work closely with designers, strategists and clients to develop information architecture, wireframes, and intuitive content structures
Oversee content gathering and CMS implementation, and coordinate smooth handoffs and successful launches
Manage ongoing digital maintenance contracts, coordinating updates and ensuring high-quality support post-launch
Serve as a core liaison with our digital production ecosystem, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration
Support business development efforts by joining early client meetings, contributing to scoping, and helping shape digital proposals
Requirements:
At least 3 to 5 years of experience managing digital projects, ideally in a digital agency
A strong grasp of digital production processes, from UX and UI to development and CMS platforms
Experience managing both new builds and long-term support cycles
Familiar with tools like Figma, Notion, Trello/Jira, and Google Suite
A natural communicator who can navigate between clients, creatives, and developers with ease
Highly organized, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
Fluent in English
Nice to have:
French or Dutch is a plus
Experience working on brand- or design-led digital experiences
Knowledge of UX/UI principles
A genuine interest in design, technology, and culture
